2. Website delivery and hosting

This website is hosted and delivered through Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including the IP address, time of access, requested resource, status and error information, and browser or device information. This processing supports secure, stable and efficient website delivery as well as protection against abuse and technical attacks.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and selected language version in order to handle your request and reply to you. The form data is processed server-side and sent to the email delivery service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) so that the message can be delivered to us.

If you contact us directly by email, we also process the information you provide in order to handle your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns entering into or performing a contract. In other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of incoming enquiries.

4. Service providers and possible international processing

We use Vercel for hosting and delivery and Resend for messages submitted through the contact form. These providers receive only the data required for their respective technical function.

Because the providers used are US-based, personal data may also be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Where a specific transfer mechanism is required for such a transfer, safeguards provided for under applicable data-protection law are used. Further information about privacy and international transfers is available in the providers' privacy and contractual documentation.

5. Cookies, analytics and external content

This landing page currently does not use our own analytics, advertising or tracking services and does not load external web fonts or social-media embeds. We do not operate our own cross-site tracking for advertising or profiling purposes.

6. Retention

Personal data from contact enquiries is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up communication. Data may be retained for longer where statutory retention or evidentiary obligations apply or where it is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical hosting and security logs are processed and deleted or overwritten according to the applicable periods of the infrastructure providers unless longer retention is necessary for security or legal reasons.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
